Not to be confused with Los ShakersSwedish 60s beat group from Gothenburg, formed in 1962 as "The Rangers" by Tommy Rander and Roger Löwendahl. With influences from the new British beat music they changed their name to The Shakers in 1964. They released eleven singles, sold in almost 20 000 copies.
During the years 1964–68, the band made over 700 gigs.
