(February 23, 1930, Tiflis, Georgian SSR, USSR - September 30, 2012, Munich, Germany) was a Soviet and Russian writer, playwright, satirist and poet.In a duet with Владимир Константинов, he was one of the most prolific Soviet playwrights.
