Tony Romano is an Italian accordionist from the 1950s and a stage name for Peppino Principe.Romano was very popular in the fifties, when the head of Fonit-Cetra called him offering the chance to take over from Gorni Kramer that had left, as he was already signed to Vis Radio label from Napoli he decided to call himself Tony Romano and in the space of a few years sales reached impressive levels (even abroad).
