Real name: Vesa Erkki Alare

Vesa Erkki Alare (born August 20, 1941 in Suomussalmi) is a Finnish composer, lyricist and singer who toured between 1980 and 2001 with the bands Humppalallit and Tanssiorkesteri Lallit. Since then, Alare has played and sung together with Ahti Laine in the Duo Maestro composition. He has made around 400 compositions and lyrics.
Alare has done his life's work in Köyliö. He has worked both as a teacher and school director at Kankaanpää school. Vesa Alare also owns a recording studio called VA-Studio.
