He led three choirs in Sundsvall - Sundsvalls Kammarkör the men's choir KFUM-Kören, Sundsvall and the women's choir Confetti - and was the host of several radio and television programs, often with choir singing in focus.

He was a prominent conductor of the National Swedish Choir Association (Svenska körförbundet).
