Ten Speed Racer was formed in Dublin in 2000 and consisted of frontman vocalist/guitarist Dermot Barrett, his brothers John and Pat and drummer Terry Cullen. Guitarist Joe Chester joined after meeting up with the band in the US. They released 2 albums ("Eskimo Beach Boy" in 2000 and "10SR" in 2003) and a number of singles before calling it quits in 2004.
