The "Posse" started as a vocal quintet formed in the late 60s/early 70s in Detroit Michigan. They were literally modeled after the Temptations because they were managed by legendary Temptation lead singer Eddie Kendricks. The group originally consisted of Reggie Carr, Dallas Bush, Roosevelt Albritton, Reggie Thomas and Rick Langston .
