Dance pop act from Antwerp (Belgium) in the early 1980s. Essentially the project of Yves Anné, who was a huge T-Rex fan and hence named this project after one of Marc Bolan's songs. It's unclear whether the 2 ladies on the picture sleeves were models, or actual members contributing to the music.
