Indigo Sun (Denmark) is a dub pop artist. Combining elements from Reggae, Trip-Hop, Lounge and Dub.

Tobias Weltzer founded the band in 1999.

The original line up (1999-2001): Kristine Frejmann (lead vocal), Ida Nielsen (bass) & Tobias Weltzer (Drums, programming)
During the years there has been other lead singers involved:
Heidi Bjerre (2001-2003) Lead vocals on the album: “The Race” (2002).
Ena Egelund (2003-2005). Lead vocals on the single releases: “Shinning Bright” (2003) & “No way out” (2003).

In 2005 Ena, Ida and Tobias decided to stop working together as a band.
Tobias has continued Indigo Sun and released in 2009 two album: “Closer to the Fire” & “Closer to the DUB”.

Ida joined Prince’s band “New Power Generation” in 2009.

I 2009 Indigo Sun signed up with Toco int. who released “Closer to the Fire” & “Closer to the DUB” world wide.
