Born in 1967 in Switzerland, Fa started drumming at age 10. He did studies in jazz with Alberto Canonico and improvisation with Pierre Favre.
1996 he moved to NYC to join Halcion as their drummer. 2 years later he meets Alex and Sasha, founders of Codek Records. In 2000, Fa teams up with Sasha Crnobrnja for their first CD (Flora & Fauna "Schoehn") for Codek Records.
Fa has also done soundtracks for contemporary art projections.
He lives and works in NYC.
