Milorad Mandić Manda (born May 3, 1961, Belgrade, PR Serbia, FPR Yugoslavia – died June, 15 2016, Belgrade, Serbia) was a Serbian actor.

At the age of 21, he became a member of the amateur theater group named Drama Experimental Studio in Belgrade. Six years later he graduated from the Belgrade Academy of Film and Theater (in the class of Professor Vladimir Jevtović) and then became a member of the Belgrade children's theater "Boško Buha". In 1989, he made more then 270 episodes of "Bajka za laku noć" ("Bed Time Fairy Tales") on national television. From 1989 to 1995 he had a children's weekly show named "S' one strane duge" ("Over The Rainbow") on national television which made him a popular children's actor and entertainer. From 1995, he had a weekly children's show named "Više od igre" ("More Than Games") on Serbian television. Apart from his television work he also appeared in many movies made in the former Yugoslavia.
