Canadian-born American actor, writer, producer, director, and musician.Born 1929 in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Howard moved with his family to the United States in the early 1950s. In the 1950's he had a singing radio show on KCBS, San Francisco, California called "Key Howard Show".
He has worked with many greats, including DInah Shore, Ernie Kovacs, Bob Hope (whom he ghost-wrote for) and Don Rickles (his musical director & road manager; Howard wrote Rickles' theme song "I'm A Nice Guy" for.
