After a 45 on Embassy in 1967 the man or men known simply as Now moved to Cotillion for their second outing in 1968, one side of which was the very Moody Blues-ish "Deja Vu" (Cotillion 45-44005).
By '69 Now had become Mr. Flood's Party and was a functional four-piece outfit, albeit a functional four-piece outfit with a pretty disfunctional name. Their sole LP for Cotillion, though brimming with psychedelic energy and engaging song titles like "The Liquid Invasion" and "Mind Circus", not surprisingly, stiffed.
