Caro Minas (aka Rick Minas / Sasha Caro) and Mike Banwell were a songwriting partnership based in London in 1964-69. The pair provided music for two episodes of TV's "Danger Man" (Patrick McGoohan), notably the acclaimed "Not So Jolly Roger" episode (1966). Minas and Bruce Rae set up Rayrik Sound studios / Chalk Farm Studios at 1A Belmont Street, Chalk Farm, NW1, London. It later became one of the first go-to British recording studios to record bluebeat/ska music. Minas was a Rangoon-born musician and singer-songwriter whose career intersected with Graham Bond, Jet Harris, Patsy Ann Noble, and Cat Stevens. Minas is believed to have left the music business in 1969.
