Real name: Niko Neeks
US producer, mixer and engineer with a career stretching back to 1977. Has collaborated with Neil Young as 'The Volume Dealers'. Other artists he has worked with include Melissa Etheridge, Keith Richards, Herb Alpert, KISS, Stan Getz, Herbie Hancock and Sting.Bolas is Greek for "Up is louder".
