Airborne is a hard rock/AOR band from Colorado City, Colorado, USA, that was formed in 1978 by Beau Hill. The band split up in 1980.After sending some demos to producer Keith Olsen, Hill was instructed to put a band behind the songs, leading to the formation of Airborne. Despite good reviews and a proposed opening slot for the Cars, their only album failed to sell.
