Tom Bulwer
Real name: Thoma Bulwer
Dutch born and Brussels' raised, Thoma came to London in 1999 as a UK garage DJ working up his way the ranks of pirate radio station to producing and working with UKG artist Karl "Tuff Enuff" Brown.
