The London Concert Orchestra was founded in 1972 by Raymond Gubbay to concentrate on the light classical repertoire. The orchestra has worked with some of classical music’s most distinguished artists including Sir James Galway, Henry Krips, the Viennese maestro Willi Boskovsky, Ron Goodwin, Katia Ricciarelli, Ian Wallace, Stuart Burrows,Valerie Masterson, John Ogdon, Sherrill Milnes and Dennis O’Neill.
