Popguru Sound & Vision was founded in 1998 by Graham Stairs. It is a fully integrated music company whose core business is artist and producer management, but which also includes music publishing, record label imprints and licensing for film, television and other media. Popguru’s mandate is to develop and monetize content for the Canadian and international marketplaces. The company has been tremendously active and successful with syncs and represents an eclectic roster of artists that includes Grand Analog, the Wilderness of Manitoba, Martha and the Muffins, Pyramid Tropic, Ghost Caravan and producer/songwriter Matthew Fudge. Popguru is responsive to the needs of artists today and into the future.

Involved in all aspects of artist management including artist development, touring, liaison with record labels, originating & implementing marketing plans and creating budgets for same, licensing songs to film, television and other media.

Involved in all aspects of music publishing including artist development, creating publishing agreements, administration of copyrights, placement of songs in film, television and other media, setting up co-writing sessions with other artists, pitching songs to recording artists, record labels and artist managers.

Involved in all aspects of running independent label including artist development, creating artist agreements, marketing, promotion, budgets, liaison with distributor and placement of songs in film, television and other media.
