BRS (British Rhythm Services) formed during 1998 and are DJ Ben Vacara, Rob 'Twin' Evans and Mr Mulatto.Ben Vacara (Frank Situation) & Mr. Mulatto still produce as BRS, collectively with like minded musicians. Also they produce as Nu Disco/Future Boogie collective Situation (2) also running their own imprint Situationism
