Founded in San Francisco, CA in 2000 by Nathan Lee Shafer (keyboards, bass) and Freddy Cristy (lead vocals, guitar), Tom Marzella (drums) joined in 2001, Cristy and Shafer moved to Los Angeles in 2002/2003, Shafer left in 2004, Ashley Huizenga (vocals, keyboards) and Elisha Drons (bass) joined in 2005 and the band continued until about 2009. In 2012 Cristy and Shafer reunited and recorded a new album.
