Real name: David William Balfe

Musician, producer, jingle writer and studio owner (b. 22-Apr-1945, d.27-Oct-2019). Also worked professionally as Rod McQueen.

Owner of which was based at his home near Inverness. Father of soundtrack composer Lorne Balfe.

Not to be confused with Liverpool based musician, producer and label owner David Balfe who worked with Teardrop Explodes, Bill Drummond, Zoo Records and the Flood label.
