Andres Power a.k.a Outcode is one of the most important pioneer of dance music in Colombia, in the mid-80s, he began his career influenced by Chicago House Music Sound, in the first of 90s ventured into the bass sound, freestyle and hip hop like a DJ, learning many techniques and scratch skills. Now is considered one of the pillars of the dance movement in his country and relevant producer of House music around the world.
