Nathalie LAVIGNE and Philippe LAUMONT with « Douze Étoiles En Harmonie » bow before the young Liégeoise MORGANE who is finally selected with her song « Nous On Veut Des Violons » composed by Claude Barzotti.
Nathalie LAVIGNE have had some success in French song in the 90s, with a hit that stayed several weeks in the Top 50. This success having faded, the singer then experienced personal difficulties.
