After various university degrees, studied and worked with Nadia Boulanger, Aloys and Alfons Kontarsky, Gérard Frémy, Stockhausen, Kagel, Ligeti, Pousseur, Boulez, Xenakis and others.
Composed works for various instrumental groups, orchestra, voice and piano, as well as electronic pieces.
Lives in Porto, Portugal.
