Cengiz Coşkuner (b. April 5, 1950; Istanbul), Turkish musician, composer, singer and arranger.

Between 1970-1986, he made arrangements for many famous artists; He worked with Zeki Müren, Neşe Karaböcek, Coşkun Sabah, Selami Şahin, Gülden Karaböcek, Yıldırım Gürses, Bülent Ersoy. The compositions of the songs "Duvardaki Resim" and "Gelin", which are identified with Cengiz Kurtoğlu, belong to Coşkuner. Since 1986, he focused entirely on individual works and interpreted popular songs with his guitar, collecting them in nearly 50 albums.
