Sundowner was a short-lived four-piece emo-hardcore/screamo band from Zürich, Switzerland. They were active from 1999 to 2001, during which time they released a demo tape, a full-length CD, a split 7" with The Last Forty Seconds, and a solo 7".

Marianne, who started the label Ape Must Not Kill Ape while in Sundowner, also played in Mr. Willis Of Ohio and Profax (2) as well as in Ferguson (3) together with Carsten. Roman and Martin went on to play in Blue Water Boy, Crush My Calm, and Solid Ground (5).
