Drummer, lifetime friend, colleague and often co-songwriter of Nick Lowe. Also worked with Van Morrison, John Hiatt and Los Pistoleros. Born Robert William Irwin, he also used the name Trehern/Treherne (his mother’s maiden name).He was born in 1953 in Hillingdon, Middlesex and died in 2015.
