Probably a 'placeholder' name Vista Sounds used for 2 dub reissues, one by Tommy Cowan (Reggae Masterpieces In Dub which was a reissue of Rass Claat Dub with altered track names), the other by Jimmy Radway & The Fe Me Time All Stars (Reggae Masterpieces In Dub Volume 2 which was a reissue of Dub I, also with altered track names).
Both records were also compiled by vista sounds then reissued by lagoon/esoldun.
