Real name: Jean-Marie Asumani
Congolese singer-songwriter (1936-1986) born in the Belgian Congo, successively took the name Fariala wa Nyembo o Fariala Yembo wa Assani has started his career there at the age of 20 years. He joined the Rumbanella Band in 1954, the Beguen Band, then Kin Cassonade since the beginning of the '60s and then started a solo career.
