Italian football player (Carrara, January 24, 1947 - ✝ Naples, Florida, US, April 1st, 2012), nicknamed Long John has always played as a center forward, wearing the shirt of the Italian National Football Team and winning an Italian Championship in 1973-74 with the S.S.Lazio. In 1976 he moved to the American championship of soccer to play in the New York Cosmos.
