Based in Surrey, the band won the TV talent show Opportunity Knocks in early 1969 and were rewarded with a one-single deal by Pye. They subsequently morphed into the early 70s rock band Natural Gas, who cut an unreleased demo for Ember Records and recorded a couple of sessions for John Peel. They also released a one-off single on CBS as The One Hit Wonders.
