MIC was a Christian dance group founded in Durban, South Africa, in 1989 by Stephen Rothquel, Gunther Schroeder and Simon Willis. There were several personnel changes over the years, with Rothquel the only permanent feature. The final line-up consisted of Stephen Rothquel, Peter Stainbank and Theran. The group disbanded after a final reunion concert with all its present and former members at the end of 2007. The group won several awards, including in the Shell Road to Fame and SA's best contemporary dance album.
