Positive Approach is a Hardcore Punk band who started in 1987 when the band members attended San Fernando high school outside of Los Angeles. The band broke up in 1991 after releasing a 7-inch on Conversion Records titled "Just Hang On" but reunited, after a 16 yr hiatus, with the original lineup minus Big Rob on guitar with Dave (Crack) taking his place. Positive Approach has a sound reminiscent of the late 80's hardcore straightedge scene (while not being straightedge, themselves.)
