Max Ernst
Real name: Max Ernst
German painter, sculptor, graphic artist and poet, born 2 April 1891 in Brühl, Germany and died 1 April 1976 in Paris, France. Married to Dorothea Tanning since 1946.He initially studied Philosophy and founded the Cologne Dada group in 1919. Ernst is considered to be one of the primary pioneers of the Dada movement and Surrealism.
