The 4th International (第四インターナショナル) was a Japanese hardcore punk band from Yokohama.
Their flexi was released by themselves prior to playing the first and possibly the only live shows (performed 3 sets during 3 days), which was held at the Saitama University 3-day fest with Kikeiji and others sometime during 1983. They disbanded shortly after.

The band was named after a revolutionary socialist international organization that was established in 1938.
