Norman Phelps
Real name: Norman Lee Phelps
(1912 - 1981) American country and bluegrass bandleader and musician (drums). With brothers Willie Phelps and Earl Phelps in the Phelps Brothers and Norman Phelps' Virginia Rounders heard on radio station WTAR, and at dances and charities.
