Real name: Juan Pablo Torres Morell

Cuban trombonist, composer, arranger and occasional vocalist. Formed and directed Estrellas De Areito, a Cuban All-Star ensemble established in 1979.
Born in August 1946 in Puerto Padre, Las Tunas Province, Cuba. Died on April 17, 2005 in Miami, Florida (USA).
Often worked with the Algo Nuevo ensemble a.k.a. Grupo Algo Nuevo a.k.a. Orquesta Algo Nuevo.
