US songwriter. Owner of the publisher Herkage Music/Herkage Music Publishers from 1958 through 1961-62 and the labels Her-Kage Records, Up Records (21) in 1960-61. Worked with Billy Meshel, Bernard Trester.Do NOT confuse with UK songwriter Jack Fishman
