During the revival of acoustic music of the late 80s in the United Kingdom, Mirò it was created under the auspices of the charismatic Roddy Harris, a writer and performer of songs with tumbling gypsy melodies and poetic tangled lyrics.
He also directed in 1988 a new club named Troubadour (Earls Court, London, UK) oriented to acoustic music. There great musicians of the scene met and a public interested in listening to the various proposals that arose from the stage.
The club was an excellent vehicle for Mirò and other artists such as Sonja Kristina.
