Primarily known as the creator of the Dance act Cascada.
Member of world-renowned projects Spencer & Hill.
He's the co-founder of Zooland Records.

Manuel started working as a DJ at the age of 17 in 1995
In 2000, began studying public economics at the University of Bonn.

In 2002 he left his studies and concentrated only on his activity as a DJ, meeting Sven Petersen, who became his mentor, and Yann Peifer (better known by his alias Yanou), who would later become his partner in many of his projects.
In 2004 he met Natalie Horler and together with her and Yanou, he formed Cascada.

In October 2005, he formed their own record label with Yanou, Zooland Records,
which also includes the two sub-labels ZooGroove for House/electro releases and ZooDigital for digital-only releases.
