The Uncivilized were a punk band from Montreal active from 2001 to 2007. They moved to Toronto for a while but moved back to Montreal. They first featured Dave on drums, Simon on vocals and Benoît on guitar. After they moved to Toronto, Preston joined on bass, Dave became the singer and Shannon joined on drums while Benoît was still the guitar player. Back in Montreal, Fred joined on drums, Frank on bass and Dave and Benoît were still respectively singer and guitar player. After the band split, Benoît Arcand joined neo-nazi skinhead bands Bootprint and Markland Folks as Ben Vortigern.
