Trío Avileño

The Cuban Fernando "Nando" Estenoz, originally from the city of Ciego de Ávila, formed around 1940 the first Avileño Trio in his hometown, recording several songs: "El Nené Chiquitico", "Tú Lo Has Querido", "Bella Oriental" , "De Ayer A Hoy," Con Pañuelo Colorado, "Casilda". In Havana he joined other groups, also performing as a soloist, then settled in Mexico, where in 1951 he renamed the Trio Avileño joining the Mexican brothers Toño and Miguel Medina, natives of El Tejar, Veracruz.
