Russian operatic soprano.Born in Volgograd, and studied at the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow, continuing her vocal studies with Renata Scotto and Licia Albanese in New York. After her début at the Bolshoy in Moscow she won several prestigious competitions including the Belvedere Competition in Vienna and I Cestelli in Berlin and Hamburg. She now lives in Vienna.
