Real name: 鷲巣 功 / Isao Washizu

Born in Shizuoka City in 1954. Japanese radio DJ, Writer, event production, CD production etc. In the 1980s, he became the manager of Rankin Taxi, and at the same time began research and dissemination activities for Kawachi Ondo. He currently chairs the metropolitan area Kawachi Ondo Promotion Council. Formed 静岡ロックンロール組合 (the Shizuoka Rock and Roll Association) in high school, and the self-produced private pressing “永久保存盤 = Permanent Preservation” released in 1973 was reissued in 2008.
