RentAmerica were a mid-90s hardcore/screamo/emoviolence trio from Goldsboro, North Carolina whose lyrics dealt with the environment, capitalism, and other stuff. They're perhaps most infamous for a show they played in Greenville, North Carolina in which they performed for a few seconds and then proceeded to fall to the floor and cry. Their drummer Ryan Wolfe and their bassist Waylon Riffs went on to form Facedowninshit.
