Originally a folk trio of Sven Nilsson, Willy Guerrero and Sonny Guerrero. The Immigrants came to Denmark from California in 1964 and was quickly offered a recording contract with Metronome. Joined by drummer Irving Waldorff, in 1968 Sonny had to leave the group due to illness and was replaced by Frank Sveidahl. The group disbanded in 1969/1970. Sven Nilsson returned to California where he still writes and records songs.
