Ruth Greene Free Music

Ruth Greene

American pianist and teacher.
Born Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
She is a graduate of the Hamilton School of Music. She trained as a music therapist and worked for several years in that area with special needs children.
She worked as a vocal accompanist and coach with former members of the Metropolitan Opera. She toured the U.S. and made a movie with the Philadelphia Piano Orchestra. She has been a ballet accompanist for many notables including Edward Catori, Anthony Tudor, Marie Swaboda, Violette Verdy, Tateani Simenova, Mme. Halina and many others.
She was with the Pennsylvania Ballet and was the principal pianist for the school of the Pennsylvania Ballet and is on the staff of the Dance Department of Temple University.
