The Savage Resurrection
Effective period / Period of releases: 1968
Members: John Palmer (10), Bill Harper (4), Randy Hammon, Steve Lage, Jeff Myer
The Savage Resurrection were a very-short lived psychedelic garage rock band that were from the San Francisco Bay area. They recorded one album for Mercury Records in 1967, which was released in 1968, the same year they later disbanded. They were one of the younger bands on that scene, with lead guitarist Randy Hammon being only 16 at the time. Their self-titled LP has seen several reissues over the years, sometimes including bonus tracks of previously unreleased material.
