The Four Kents

American vocal R&B group formed in Italy in 1966 by NATO soldiers stationed at Camp Ederle, Vicenza. Live shows were accompanied by The Submarines (3).
Members: Rudi Rollins (Shreveport, LA), Charles Cannon (June 13, 1946, Greensboro, AL), George Chandler (March 2, 1944, Atlanta, GA), Stanley Evans (Feb, 19,1944, New York), Bill Gaddis (Feb 21,1942, Talladega, AL), Lou Phillips, as well as temporary members Charles Hilton Brown and Jimmy Chambers.
Best remembered for their 1969 hit La Sbornia, cover of Lily The Pink by The Scaffold.
In 1970 the Four Kents participated in the film Terzo Canale: Avventura a Montecarlo with Mal, The Trip (19) and New Trolls.
